About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Laurel, MD (20707).
This role is ideal for candidates who value a consistent weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build meaningful rapport while working one-on-one with a client in a home setting. RBT-certified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be compensated at the RBT rate.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
In-home services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
• Active RBT certification required for RBT-level pay
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
