About The Position

The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Baltimore, MD (21218).
This role is ideal for someone who values a consistent weekday evening schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful connection while working one-on-one with a client in a home setting.
RBT-certified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be compensated accordingly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background checks

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
• Active RBT certification required for RBT-level pay

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
