Competitive Benefits – 40 hours of paid sick time Health benefits with 50% employer-paid contribution for full-time employees Monthly performance-based bonuses in addition to competitive pay Position Overview As a Behavior Technician (BT) at ASC, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism, working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans. Your work will help children develop essential skills, promote independence, and reach new milestones in home, school, and community settings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills
Ability to follow Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with sound judgment

ABA experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Deliver in-person behavior intervention services in home, school, and community environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) developed by a BCBA.
Accurately collect and record behavioral data to track progress and inform treatment plans.
Encourage safe and socially appropriate replacement behaviors.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective, consistent support.
Educate parents on reinforcement techniques and early intervention strategies.
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
