About The Position

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable playing with children.
  • Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
  • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions.

Nice To Haves

  • No experience required; paid training to be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provided.
  • Obtained RBT certification.

Responsibilities

  • Guide children through fun, skill-building activities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Help children achieve life-changing milestones.
  • Promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

Benefits

  • $15.00 to $16.00 hourly wage for non-RBTs.
  • Sign On Bonus of $750.
  • Starting pay of $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $19.50.
