About The Position

Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements

• 18+ years old required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic.
• Comfortable playing with children.
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
• Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children (not required, as training is provided).

Responsibilities

• Help children achieve life-changing milestones using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Guide children through fun, skill-building activities.
• Promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.
