At Caravel Autism Health, we are dedicated to changing lives one incredible child at a time. We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). In this role, you will work with children on the autism spectrum, guiding and supporting them through one-on-one personalized sessions. You will help teach communication skills, build independence, and celebrate milestones, all while using evidence-based tools like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). No prior experience is necessary, as we provide paid training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
