About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virginia Beach, VA clinic. This position is perfect for individuals interested in working with children with autism while receiving strong training, supervision, and clinical support.
Schedule: Consistent 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Whether you are new to ABA or already certified, this role offers a structured environment focused on professional development and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred for BT)
• RBT certification required for RBT applicants
• Willingness to complete training (for BT candidates)
• Comfort working with children ages 2–14
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 support to pediatric clients
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior support programs
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Work closely with supervising BCBA/clinical team
• Support children in clinic-based sessions
• Maintain accurate session documentation
