About The Position

At Flywheel Centers, we're redefining autism care through clinical excellence, genuine compassion, and respect for the families and communities we serve. We're looking for caring, dedicated, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Elkridge and Baltimore teams. In this role, you'll work closely with children with autism, helping them develop essential life skills, gain independence, and achieve meaningful milestones that make a real difference in their lives-and the lives of their families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in ABA therapy, education, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a safe, professional environment
  • Passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children with autism
  • Patient, compassionate, energetic, and committed to continuous learning
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, individualized ABA therapy in a welcoming and structured center-based setting
  • Implement treatment plans thoughtfully designed and overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record detailed session data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Support skill development in communication, socialization, self-help, and daily living activities
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to evaluate progress, adjust goals, and ensure children receive the highest quality of care
  • Build positive, encouraging relationships with the children and families you serve
