About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a BT or RBT to provide in -home ABA therapy for a child in the 20705 (Beltsville, MD) area. The final schedule will be confirmed soon, and the clinician hired will work one consistent, set schedule (not rotating or flexible). If you enjoy meaningful one -on -one work in a home setting and want steady hours supporting a child’s development, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification preferred (BT with experience considered)
• Experience working with children
• Ability to reliably work the assigned fixed schedule once finalized
• Reliable transportation to the 20705 area
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
• Follow treatment goals and protocols designed by a supervising BCBA
• Support communication, social, adaptive, and play skills
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence -based behavior strategies
• Record accurate session and behavior data electronically
• Maintain professional communication with the supervising BCBA
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the child
