About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support pediatric ABA therapy clients in the Laurel, Beltsville, and Waldorf areas.
These roles offer consistent weekday schedules and the opportunity to work in-home with clients or in our Columbia clinic.
Current Schedule Needs

Laurel (20707)
In-home: Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
OR clinic sessions: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Beltsville (20705)
In-home: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
OR clinic sessions: Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Waldorf (20602)
In-home: Monday–Friday 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Optional Saturday hours may also be available.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
