About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a child with autism in the Angier, NC area. This position supports an in-home client and follows a consistent weekly schedule: Monday and Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior plans, engaging the child in skill-building activities, collecting session data, and maintaining professional communication with caregivers and clinical supervisors. All new hires must complete paid onboarding and training Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the first two weeks of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Active RBT certification preferred for RBT applicants
Experience working with children required
Experience providing ABA services preferred
Availability for the posted schedule
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work in an in-home setting
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in active play
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
