About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism across Mercer County, NJ (Hamilton, Trenton, Princeton, Pennington). As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children build critical life skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+
• Reliable transportation within Mercer County

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience preferred
• RBT preferred but not required
• Motivated, reliable, and passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Follow BCBA treatment plans
• Collect session data
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
• Communicate with families and team members
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
