Through our BAYADA RBT Academy, we give you the training you need to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT). BAYADA RBT Academy provides: A 40+ hour paid training program to prepare you to become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) Receive high-quality training grounded in evidence-based practices in adult learning and applied behavior analysis including: BAYADA University web-based courses Live lectures Hands-on training and structured observation BAYADA study guides to prepare you for the RBT exam How You’ll Make an Impact: RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. Our Oahu Behavioral Health Team provides care in a school-based setting working for local school districts on Oahu. Supports school age children to succeed with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
