About The Position

ABA Behavior Technician Jobs in Morristown, NJ Flywheel Centers is hiring compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (ABA Therapists) to join our growing team in Morristown, New Jersey . This flexible, per diem opportunity offers competitive hourly pay, paid training, and career growth in the fast-growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy . In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in both center-based and home-based settings. You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote communication, social skills, independence, and positive behavior change. Whether you're new to ABA or have prior experience in behavioral health, early intervention, or special education, we provide the training, mentorship, and clinical support you need to succeed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience working with children (required)
  • ABA experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, patience, organization, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect and record detailed session data and progress notes
  • Support development of communication, play, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing supervision, and professional development
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines
