About The Position

We're hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) / ABA Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the Woodbridge, VA area . Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to clients' homes in the Waterford/Loudoun County area
Experience working with children (required)
Strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

ABA experience (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home environment
Support skill-building in communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living
Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
Collect session data and document progress
Partner with parents and clinical supervisors for the best client outcomes
Show up consistently and bring patience, professionalism, and warmth to each session
