About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians to provide after-school, in-home ABA therapy to children across diverse urban New Jersey communities. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, psychology, or behavioral health. No prior ABA experience required - paid training provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18+
• Reliable transportation across Greater Newark, Hudson County, Essex County, and surrounding areas
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Support development of communication, social, and daily-living skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Accurately collect and document session data
• Collaborate with families and a supportive clinical team
