About The Position
BehaviorCare is a leading provider of home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, operating in New Jersey and Arizona. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality ABA interventions to children in a home-based setting, ensuring that each child receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for work in the afternoons and early evenings, with weekends being a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with developmental and social challenges. As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and providing feedback to parents and guardians about their child's daily activities. You will work closely with other program staff to ensure consistency in the program and contribute your ideas and experiences to enhance our services.
