About The Position

Looking for meaningful work with kids? Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is hiring individuals who want to make a real difference in children’s lives . In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through play-based learning . No prior experience is required. We will train you, pay you, and help you earn your certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in about 2 weeks. What you’ll do Work directly with children in their homes and community settings Use play and structured activities to support learning and development Follow simple, step-by-step plans created by a supervisor Track progress and celebrate meaningful milestones Who this is great for People who enjoy working with kids Those interested in education, psychology, or healthcare Future teachers, therapists, or BCBAs Anyone looking for purposeful, hands-on work Schedule Afternoon and evening availability preferred (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Must be able to commit to training and 6 months min working with your client Some daytime cases available Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling based on your availability What we offer $20–$28/hour Weekly pay Paid training + certification (completed in ~2 weeks) Ongoing support from experienced supervisors Learn directly from master’s-level clinicians in behavior science Career growth opportunities (including BCBA pathway) Opportunities to learn additional skills (operations, marketing, etc.) Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Must obtain CPR certification Reliable transportation required About Us Alpha & Omega Kids is a clinician-led organization focused on providing high-quality, ethical care while supporting our team.
