About The Position

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral challenges. As a Behavior Tech, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, therapeutic environment while helping individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. This position qualifies for a $3,250 commitment bonus! We are currently hiring for the following shifts: Full-time (40hrs/week, every other Saturday and Sunday) 3pm-11:30pm Part-time (24hrs/week, every other Saturday and Sunday) 7am-3:30pm 3pm-11:30pm.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, or a High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a human service field.
• Demonstrates an understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Utilizes effective behavior management techniques.
• Respiratory Fit testing is a requirement of the job.
