Bancroft is actively seeking an Behavior Support Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs/LBA-Ds) and Board Certified Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LaBAs) providing services across our organization, along with approximately 45 clinicians who are graduate students accruing fieldwork. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians. We are looking for an Behavior Support Specialist for our Adult Residential program in Passaic county. The residential treatment program includes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. Behavior Support Specialists work under the close supervision of LBAs to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
