About The Position
The Behavior Support Specialist (BSS) at Elwyn is responsible for ensuring that preschool students on their caseload achieve academic progress and reach their full potential. This role involves overseeing and implementing curriculum objectives, behavior intervention plans, and strategies through intensive behavior support and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) programming. The BSS serves as a primary resource for social skills instruction and behavioral interventions, working closely with students, families, and school personnel to support students' educational goals.
