This position supports patients within various programs and units at the Residential level of care. The Behavior Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions within Rogers Behavioral Health treatment programs. Key responsibilities include assessing behavior function, developing and implementing individualized plans for maladaptive behaviors, providing training and education to patients and support persons, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and monitoring the progress of behavior interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Behavior Specialists work under the guidance of an assigned clinical leader to design and implement CBT-specific treatment plans to address presenting symptoms.
