Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or any other related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in a role involving the support of individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• A valid driver's license, along with access to reliable transportation
• Ability to travel a 20-50 mile radius, as needed
• Availability to work both day and weekend shifts
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify, develop and execute effective training methods
• Compliance with background check requirements, as required by state laws

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans
• Collect and analyzing data on the effectiveness of Behavior Support Plans
• Adjust or revise support strategies
• Monitor and train staff and caregivers on implementation strategies
• Submit required documentation to Behavior Consultants
• Travel as needed (20 - 50 mile radius)
