You'll implement individualized behavior support plans, collect behavioral data, and assist in developing effective interventions. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting
  • Experience with special needs, ABA, PBS, or Trauma-Informed Care
  • Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • A degree or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
  • preference for candidates who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
