Nexus-Woodbourne is seeking a Behavioral Specialist to provide therapeutic crisis intervention services within a school setting. This role focuses on supporting students through evidence-based behavioral strategies and de-escalation techniques to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. The Behavioral Specialist will collaborate closely with the residential treatment team to maintain a consistent treatment approach across settings, promoting continuity of care and individualized support plans.
