Little Leaves Behavioral Services is a center-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) program for young children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder run in a preschool-like setting. The Little Leaves Center program runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm. During the day, children have the opportunity to participate in individual therapy time, small group activities with peers, and activities of daily living. While many clients are at Little Leaves for the full day, an individualized schedule is developed for each child based on his/her therapeutic needs. Little Leaves is building a community of professionals who are looking to: Have a meaningful impact on the lives of children Grow professionally Work with others who share a passion for our clients and who have an interest in ABA Behavior Specialist Role: A Behavior Specialist in the Little Leaves center facilitates the individual therapy and group activities for a caseload of ABA therapy clients. The Behavior Specialist also mentors a team of Behavior Technicians through coaching and structured guidance, and conducts some individual therapy with clients. The Behavior Specialist works closely with the Supervising Behavior Analysts to prepare develop programs, create materials for therapy, and graph data for review and decision making. The Behavior Specialist acts as a liaison across all members of a child’s clinical and family team
