The School-Based Behavior Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral support to students, case managing students with behavioral needs, writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and implementing behavior management strategies. The specialist will also be responsible for de-escalating behaviors, teaching social skills groups, and working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
