As a Behavioral Specialist III, you will play a critical leadership role in transforming the lives of children and adolescents with complex emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric needs. In this advanced clinical position, you’ll provide expert assessment, hands-on treatment, and individualized behavioral instruction to help youth build essential skills in safety, emotional regulation, communication, and positive social engagement. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of applied behavior analysis, counseling, and/or social work, you’ll work with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team. You’ll also serve as a mentor and clinical leader coaching, training, and supporting Behavioral Specialists I and II and other team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care. This role is ideal for experienced clinicians who are passionate about making a lasting impact, leading others, and shaping best practices in behavioral health treatment.
