As a Behavioral Specialist II, you will play a vital role in helping children and adolescents with complex emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric needs build the skills they need to succeed. In this hands-on clinical role, you’ll deliver advanced, individualized behavioral support guiding youth to strengthen safety awareness, emotional regulation, communication, and positive engagement throughout the treatment day. Drawing on your growing expertise in applied behavior analysis and behavior modification, you’ll lead treatment room activities, model best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of therapeutic interventions. Beyond direct care, you’ll serve as a mentor and emerging leader supporting the training and development of Behavioral Specialists I and Behavior Assistants while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about making a measurable impact, advancing their clinical skills, and stepping into leadership within a mission-driven behavioral health program.
