The Behavior Mentor at Chester County Intermediate Unit plays a crucial role in providing direct behavioral support to students with emotional and behavioral needs. This full-time position involves implementing proactive, evidence-based strategies, collaborating with classroom staff, and utilizing applied behavior analysis principles to promote positive behaviors as outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The mentor will work closely with the Behavior Analyst and is expected to begin at the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
