Cortica is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will attend Cortica's orientation and complete the Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) training. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in both individual and group settings. You will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement positive behavior strategies and ensure that treatment plans are followed accurately. This role requires you to work in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics, providing direct care as outlined in each child's assessment and treatment plan. You will also be responsible for fulfilling documentation requirements, assisting with individualized assessments, and establishing supportive environments for treatment and education across all care settings. Additionally, you will represent the Cortica ABA program professionally in all communications and interactions with families and colleagues.
