Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Access to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working offsite)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with minimum 25/50k liability coverage
Ability to travel to multiple locations
Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check
Current TB Test (within the last 6 months)

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to clients in home, school, and clinic settings
Implement behavior strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Support skill development in communication, socialization, play, motor skills, self-help, and school readiness
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create positive outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans
