About The Position

Works collaboratively to provide targeted behavioral support and intervention for students with identified behavioral needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build supportive relationships with students.
• Patience, compassion, consistency, and adaptability to meet students' behavioral needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to learn and implement behavior intervention techniques.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree or higher is desirable
• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Experience working with students with behavioral challenges in an educational setting, ideally within special education is desirable.
