Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00/per hour, based on experience and education Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts +$5/hour for company-observed holidays Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm + Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm or Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm Now Hiring In: Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Rosamond.
