Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00/per hour, based on experience and education Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts +$5/hour for company-observed holidays Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm + Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm or Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm Now Hiring In: Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Rosamond. Requirements

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
