Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $20.00-$25.00/per hour, based on experience and education Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts +$5/hour for company-observed holiday Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm Now Hiring In: Cities Targeting-Woodland Hills, Sylmar, Pacoima, Van Nuys, North Hills, Northridge, Canoga Park, Granada Hills Bilingual Spanish Required We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual Spanish Required

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
