Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have active safety-care certification or be open to taking district training to get certified (certification will be required, but can be pending to start)
• 2 years of school-based experience required
• 2 years of Paraprofessional (Para) experience required to qualify as BI
• Experience managing significant behavioral challenges, including aggression (hitting, kicking, biting, table flipping), elopement risks, and avoidance behaviors during transitions
