About The Position

We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adolescents ages 13–17. In this role, you’ll help create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where teens can grow, learn, and develop the tools they need for a healthier future. What You’ll Do As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will: Support teens participating in individual, group, and family therapy sessions Assist clinicians in delivering structured programming and therapeutic activities Model healthy coping skills, boundaries, and communication Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and safety Foster a positive, respectful environment built on trust and encouragement Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team dedicated to each teen’s recovery Requirements Who You Are You’ll be a great fit if you: Are passionate about working with adolescents and making a meaningful impact Have strong communication, empathy, and de-escalation skills Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Are dependable, patient, and committed to ethical, trauma-informed care Experience in mental health, education, or youth support roles preferred (not always required—training provided!)
