About The Position

Are you a college student or recent graduate looking to gain experience in the growing field of behavioral health? Join Lenape Valley Foundation’s Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and make a real difference in the lives of children, teens, and young adults (ages 3–21). This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity—no prior experience required! We provide extensive paid training and ongoing support to help you grow in your career. It’s a great steppingstone for graduate programs or a licensure path.

Requirements

High school diploma
Enthusiasm for learning and helping others
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Computer proficiency
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation

Nice To Haves

40 Hour RBT Task List Training
2+ years experience in behavioral health
BCaBA or Behavioral Health/Analysis Certification

Responsibilities

Work directly with youth and their families in home, school, and community settings.
Support and model behavioral strategies under the guidance of a licensed Behavior Consultant.
Help implement treatment plans and teach skills to children and caregivers.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s progress.
