Behavior Consultant

The Behavior Consultant at Merakey is responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior modification intervention plans for children and adolescents, collaborating with a treatment team to identify behavioral goals and recommend non-aversion methods. This role focuses on assessment, program design, and monitoring rather than direct therapy, while also participating in team meetings and consulting in special child-centered meetings as needed.
