The Lancaster County Program seeking a dedicated Behavior Consultant (BC). This hands-on position provides behavioral and therapeutic support to children, youth, and families within the community. The Behavior Consultant will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and work collaboratively with families and service teams to promote positive behavioral change and emotional wellâbeing. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting youth and families through evidenceâbased practices. Key responsibilities include direct therapy and counseling, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the effective implementation of these plans. The ideal candidate will embody and uphold the YAP philosophy, mission, and core principles in their work. License supervision opportunities may be available for eligible candidates.
