Position Description: The Behavior Consultant develops and directs the individualized treatment of children diagnosed with behavioral health and developmental disorders. The BC provides training and support to the Behavioral Health Technician on appropriate therapeutic interventions targeted to reduce client(s) maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors as outlined in the child’s Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). Services are provided in the home, school, and other community settings. This position reports to the IBHS Supervisor and the IBHS Director.
