Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families! As a Master’s Level Behavior Consultant, you’ll provide in-home behavioral support, coaching parents and caregivers to reduce challenging behaviors and build critical life skills. Using evidence-based ABA practices, you’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and monitor progress while empowering families to create positive change at home and in the community. We’re looking for dedicated consultants in Boston, Randolph, and Brockton areas to provide services within a 30-minute travel radius. Scheduling may include evenings and weekends, based on family needs and availability. This is a fee-for-service position offering between 10 and 30 hours per week.
