The Behavior Consultant is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of formal behavior management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing behavioral consultation for IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) clients. This role is supervised by the Clinical Coordinator and contributes to a network of national and international affiliates providing educational, employment, vocational, residential, habilitative, and behavioral health services, aiming for a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving lives.
