About The Position

Behavior Consultant (BC) and Mobile Therapist (MT) candidate holding a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work. This is a hands-on position providing therapeutic services to children, youth , and families. Provide direct therapy and counseling: Engage participants and families to offer personalized support and guidance Develop and implement treatment plans: Create and execute tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual and family. Services are provided in home, community, and school settings. Opportunity for Licensed Supervision may be available. Availability: Flexible hours; up to 40 hours per week. Position offers competitive weekly pay and activity reimbursements.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Strong clinical skills and training or course work in Behavioral Modification with one year of experience
License needed (LSW, LCSW, LPS, or LBSC) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum. (Licensed compensated at a higher rate)
Experience in providing therapeutic services to youth and families
Experience working with at-risk youth and families
Strong communication and organization skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
