The District Behavior Support Coach (BSC) is responsible for providing support and guidance to schools within the district in the areas of positive behavior support and mental health services. This role requires a strong background in K-12 counseling and expertise in current Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies. The District Behavior Coach collaborates with school administrators, teachers, and support staff to create and implement effective behavior management plans, promote positive school climates, and enhance the mental health and well-being of students.
