The Behavior Analyst will develop and implement programs and services to remediate behavioral and social problems for persons served. Core responsibilities include: Assist primary health care providers in recognizing and treating behavioral and social problems Assess, evaluate and identify social/behavioral issues along with the support team members Design programs for persons served that are consistent with Wisconsin statutes, rules, regulations and the mission and philosophy of Dungarvin Data collection, tracking and reporting; use expertise with populations of mental health and cognitive impairments Develop and implement training for staff and caregivers Monitoring and revisions of support plans Attend and participate in meetings and quality improvement activities as required Assist the support team in locating and obtaining community resources which are available to the persons served and their families Frequently observe person served, staff interactions, the environment and the implementation of supports and services during and outside of normal business hours
