In this role, you will design, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based behavior support services that promote safety, dignity, and long-term skill development. The Behavior Analyst plays a vital role in fostering collaboration between therapeutic, educational, and residential teams to ensure consistent, trauma-informed, and holistic care.
