About The Position

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Promote safety and well -being through skilled crisis intervention, de -escalation techniques, and supportive mental health counseling.
• Lead social skills instruction and facilitating student support groups that encourage positive peer interactions.
• Consult with teachers and families to foster consistent, positive behavior across school and home settings.
• Provide professional development in trauma -informed practices and effective behavioral supports.
• Any other duties as assigned.
