  • Guide behavior strategies for students with significant needs within the classroom and school settings.
  • Partner with teachers and paraprofessionals to implement consistent, practical behavior approaches throughout the school day.
  • Use observation and data to understand student behavior and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coach & train school staff on classroom management, proactive interventions, and behavior techniques.
  • Assist teams with behavior planning related to safety, crisis prevention, and de-escalation.
  • Collaborate with school leadership, support teams, and families to align behavior goals and expectations.
  • Contribute to documentation, progress tracking, and required reporting in line with school and program expectations.
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in educational or school-based settings, with strong working knowledge and application of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related human services field, Behavior Specialist Licensure, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Works closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators, providing clear guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Manages documentation, schedules, and competing priorities with consistency and follow-through.
  • Maintains sound judgment and composure when supporting students with complex or challenging behaviors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems or tools as needed.
  • Experience with Early Start Denver Model, Precision Teaching, and/or PEAK programming preferred.
