About The Position

The Behavior Analyst (Psychological Assistant III) at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital plays a crucial role in the holistic treatment of adolescents with serious mental health issues. Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Master's degree in Psychology with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analytic research.
• Ability to oversee a difficult caseload of complex individuals.

• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual or multilingual fluency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBA) and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral treatments.
• Provide clinical evaluations and systemic assessment of treatment integrity.
• Establish rapport with clients and staff by modeling and teaching functionally-informed replacement behaviors.
• Synthesize treatment effectiveness across behavioral, nursing, OT, and PT disciplines to inform psychopharmacological intervention.
• Participate in the disciplinary review of clinical recommendations and behavioral treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including families and guardians.
